1Purpose of the Platform

PromoWaves.net provides users with access to affiliate discounts (cashbacks) from participating webshops. Users may also invite others via a personal referral link. If a referral makes purchases, the referring user may receive a marketing bonus.

2Membership and Registration

• •Registration is free.
• •Each user may only create one account.
• •Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their login details.
• •Accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these terms may be deactivated.

3Earnings Model and Rewards

• •For a validated purchase through a partner webshop:
• ○Buyer: 50% cashback from the affiliate commission.
• ○Direct referral: 10% of the commission.
• ○Extended referral: 5% of the commission.
• •Users can view the email address and username of their direct referrals only.
• •Weekly, a marketing bonus is calculated based on the total validated commission from both levels.
• •Commissions are automatically triggered. Upon webshop approval, they are made payable in the user's account.
• •If a commission is not triggered, users can report it (webshop name, order number, date, amount). PromoWaves will investigate and attempt recovery. If the amount exceeds €10, a formal complaint will be filed. No recovery is guaranteed.

4Payouts

Payouts are made in euros upon request, after reaching a minimum threshold (determined by PromoWaves).

5No Pyramid Scheme

PromoWaves.net is not a pyramid scheme. No entry fees or mandatory purchases exist. All income comes from real, validated purchases.

6Closed and Beta Periods

• •During the closed beta, users receive lifelong increased commissions:
• ○Buyer: 60%, Direct: 20%, Extended: 15%
• •During the open beta: Buyer: 55%, Direct: 15%, Extended: 10%
• •These commissions are permanent for users registered during the respective beta periods.
